Privacy notice.
Clear information about using this website.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
01. Scope and contact
This notice explains the information involved when you browse this website or use its enquiry links. The website introduces Benny Osbon Limited and its services. For privacy questions, write to info@bennyosbonlimited.com with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject line, or contact the Accra office at 18 Lesotho Street. Separate contracts, platforms and subsidiary services may have their own notices.
02. Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, service interest and message. When you submit it, these details are stored in this website’s database for authorised staff to review and respond. You are asked to acknowledge this notice before submission. Do not include passwords, card information, health records or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry.
03. Browsing and technical information
Web hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, requested files and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website. The website includes an administrator account system, an enquiry database and security rate limiting. Security counters use a keyed hash of connection information rather than storing the raw address in those counters. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included in this version. The hosted preview may also be subject to its hosting provider’s access and security controls.
04. Why information is used
Information in an enquiry is used to understand the request, communicate with the sender and discuss relevant services. If a project proceeds, further information may be needed to prepare a proposal, administer the engagement or meet applicable obligations. Any additional purpose should be explained at the appropriate point. Sending an enquiry does not itself subscribe you to marketing communications.
05. External services and recipients
Google Fonts is used to load typefaces. Your browser may send technical connection information to Google when retrieving those files. Direct email links use your selected email provider. Where configured, the website sends enquiry notifications, receipts, staff replies and password-reset messages through its SMTP email provider. Delivery records retain recipient, subject, delivery status and time; reset messages contain a time-limited link. Map and subsidiary links open external websites only when selected; those services apply their own privacy practices. People or service providers involved in receiving and responding to an enquiry may need access to the correspondence. This notice does not claim to describe every system used in the company’s wider operations.
06. Storage, retention and international processing
The website uses a session cookie to protect forms and keep administrators signed in. Enquiries and internal handling notes remain in the database until an authorised staff member deletes them or the site operator applies its retention process. Email correspondence may remain in relevant mail systems. Administrator activity and delivery logs are also stored in the database. Actual retention periods depend on the purpose, any resulting business relationship and applicable obligations; contact the company for the period relevant to your records. Hosting, font and email services may process information outside your country. Ask for details about any safeguards relevant to a proposed engagement.
07. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to send an enquiry, use a direct phone call, or avoid external links. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion or restrictions, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to the privacy contact with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. Statutory exceptions and applicable response requirements govern requests.
08. Complaints and regional rules
For concerns relating to Ghana, the Data Protection Commission provides information about data subject rights and complaints at dpc.gov.gh. California and other regional rights apply only where their legal conditions are met; an office address alone does not establish the applicability of a particular privacy regime. You may contact the relevant regulator where the law allows. Nothing in this notice removes mandatory rights.
09. Children, security and updates
The website presents business services and is not directed at children. Do not send information about children unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so. No transmission or storage method is risk-free; avoid sharing confidential material until a suitable channel is agreed. This notice may be updated when the website or its processing changes. The date below identifies this edition.
