Clear information about using this website.

01. Our aim
This website is designed to make the group’s information and contact options easier to use across devices and input methods. The features below describe design measures in this version, not a certification of compliance with a particular standard.
02. Navigation and reading
Pages use headings, descriptive links and consistent navigation. A skip-to-content link is available to keyboard users. The layout adapts to smaller screens, and the legal pages include a contents list. Browsers can enlarge text or zoom the page.
03. Images and motion
Informative images have alternative text. Decorative image details are hidden from assistive technology where appropriate. Background videos are muted and have pause controls. Reduced-motion preferences are supported. These videos provide visual atmosphere rather than information needed to understand a service.
04. Forms and keyboard access
The enquiry form uses labelled fields and native browser validation. Navigation controls indicate their expanded state. Service information and FAQs use native disclosure elements. Links and controls have visible keyboard focus states.
05. Known limits and feedback
Third-party websites, email applications and map services have their own accessibility characteristics. A full independent accessibility audit has not been completed. If a page creates a barrier, email info@bennyosbonlimited.com with the page, the issue and a preferred way to receive the information. You may also call +233 20 867 5449.
